1. Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Yung Atelier. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yung Atelier website, including all content, features, and services made available through the site (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and all content on the Site — including text, images, photography, renderings, graphics, video, design elements, logos, trademarks, and other materials — are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by Yung Atelier and are protected by intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any Site content is transferred to you by your use of the Site. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

We strive to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Products and services described on the Site may be modified, discontinued, or updated at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell. All orders, proposals, estimates, invoices, custom work, and project engagements are subject to acceptance by Yung Atelier and may be governed by separate estimates, purchase orders, invoices, project documents, and Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any project-specific sales terms, the project-specific sales terms shall control.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any inquiry, request, or order in our sole discretion.

7. Pricing
Any pricing shown on the Site is subject to change without notice and may not reflect final project pricing. Custom pricing may vary based on scope, specifications, materials, finishes, labor, freight, installation, and other project-specific considerations.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. User Submissions
If you submit inquiries, feedback, ideas, design references, comments, or other materials to us through the Site, email, or otherwise, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yung Atelier and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site.
In no event shall Yung Atelier’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the minimum amount permitted under applicable law, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yung Atelier and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, through the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

16. Waiver; Severability
No waiver by Yung Atelier of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yung Atelier with respect to your use of the Site.
